We really need to come up with new mechanisms, because if we don't, and we lose these tropical forests, and all the carbon in them goes up into the atmosphere, a lot of the other things that we are doing in terms of improving technology and our energy and everything else is going to be negated ... So we really need to pay attention to this issue. 
We are willing to place our entire rain forest - which is larger than England - under the supervision of an international body to ensure compliance with worldclass forestry standards ... As I have said before, we will do this if we can find the right market-based mechanisms to make it economically worthwhile.
