After his visa was issued, Mr Hussain said he would be leaving for the US on Tuesday night to join the delegation in New York. "I met party leader L.K. Advani this morning to explain him about the development. Advaniji had called up the Prime Minister yesterday, who assured him to look into the matter" Mr Hussain said. When asked whether he was upset by the development, Mr Hussain said though there was no bitterness with regard to the delay, it was unfortunate that a three-time MP could not attend the session in time.
