LONDON: National Rail Oyster card revolution will go ahead in January

IT HAS been announced that pay-as-you-go Oyster cards can be used on National Rail trains through the borough from January. Mayor of London Boris Johnson says the changes will take effect on January 2 and provide “seamless” travel through the capital.
