Do the Padres see Tony Gwynn, Jr. as an everyday center fielder or a fourth outfielder? If they're leaning to the latter, I think it's too soon to give him that label just because the Brewers (who seem to value offense over defense) did.

I only saw rookie outfielder Luis Durango for two weeks at the end of the 2008 season at Single-A Lake Elsinore. He looked to me to be a special player. He has lots of experience for a young player after playing in the World Baseball Classic.

What are the chances of selling high on Heath Bell early in the offseason? I feel like the Padres would be able to get a little bit more value out of him. If not, what is your take on the chances of Bell leaving the Padres at all this offseason?

Stuck in left field Huber's defensive shortcomings were on full display and he was eventually sent down in favor of rookie Chase Headley. It was obvious his future (if in fact he has one) is in the AL.
