Gipsies moving in despite new sites

MORE gipsies are moving into Swindon despite no increase in the amount of authorised sites in the town, figures have shown. In July last year 73 caravans were pitched in Swindon, 68 across the town’s two legitimate sites and five on illegal pitches.
