SAN DIEGO—The Padres have outrighted right-hander Josh Geer, outfielder Drew Macias, infielder Luis Rodriguez and catcher Eliezer Alfonzo to Triple-A Portland. Geer made 17 starts among his 19 appearances, going 1-7 with a 5.96 ERA.
