New mom and Early Show anchor Julie Chen returned to the show this morning to chat with her co-anchors about the joys of motherhood. Chen, who is married to CBS Corp. CEO Les Moonves, gave birth to her first child, Charlie, Sept. 24.

CBS Corporation says Charlie Moonves was born Thursday morning and "mother and child are doing well." Chen announced her pregnancy on the "The Early Show" in April. She also hosts "Big Brother." Moonves and Chen were married in 2004.
