After falling short against a current contender, Frank Trigg will try his luck at an former champion. Matt Serra today told The Fight Network that he has signed on for a bout against Trigg at UFC 109 on Feb. 6 in Las Vegas.

If Renzo actually fights Matt Hughes, and I guess that’s not actually happening, then I’m actually pretty happy with the card, with or without Anderson Silva v. Vitor Belfort. But I’m apparently in minority when it comes to Coleman v.

I told him he needed to find a killer instinct ... It's happened with our other best guys -- Chuck Liddell, Randy Couture and Matt Hughes -- that it took them awhile to feel like this is their home. Once they did, they became finishers. Lyoto's done that too.
