We have all been caught up in the the regular season and what not that most of us repressed the memory of the 49ers filing tampering charges against the Jets believing they contacted Michael Crabtree without permission.

According to Maiocco, the 49ers have dropped their tampering charge surrounding Michael Crabtree and the Jets. According to Maiocco's source, the 49ers have their guy and are fine moving on from it. Sounds a bit like "being the bigger man."
