Stephen Jackson could really help us ... I think they got a really good player. I was looking forward, if it would happen, for him coming here.
My back is not sore at all ... I just want to play, regardless if I'm in Africa or wherever. I just want to play. I know I could've done more than what I did tonight. Everybody knows what the situation is. I know a lot of people expected to see me blow up when he took me out of the game earlier. For wha...
I was very surprised, even shocked ... But it's the NBA. Something like this happened last year with Jared Dudley and Jason Richardson. But you've got to be ready for it, anything can happen, and you've got to continue playing basketball. I hope this can get us going. We got two great players - we lost ...
I'm not a fan of Kobe. I'm not somebody who looks up to him ... I'm a grown man, so when I go out there and play the game, I play the game. I feel like I'm just as good as him. I might not get the publicity or the notoriety he gets, but I feel like I can play with anybody in the NBA.
Right now, we're kind of in chaos mode, but that can draw a team together ... I wasn't counting the days until (Stephen Jackson) was gone, because he was a great teammate. But I think he kind of overshadowed how much we've lost in terms of injuries.
He reminds me of a Kevin Garnett type with more ball-handling skills and athleticism ... Obviously, he still has to work on his jump shot, but as far as his upside with his ball-handling skills at 6-11, 7-foot, you can't teach that. You don't have guys that size who can handle the ball like that.
The Golden State Warriors have banished disgruntled forward Stephen Jackson to Charlotte.
I don't have a regret about anything I've done. I don't have a regret about going in the stands with Ron Artest ... I say what I want to say when I feel like it, regardless of what the consequence is. That's just always been me.
He's going through a whole different experience where he's on a team that's significantly different ... The best way to put it is that it's different sitting in a locker room with Steven Rossiter on one side and Bryant Barr on the other side and now it's Monta Ellis and Stephen Jackson.
Coach (Don Nelson) said the same thing to me about getting that fine (that it was ridiculous) ... But we're not going to beat a dead horse. They know they were wrong. I've got to deal with it. I can't beat the NBA so I've got to roll with it.
If he's not looking at the vets for anything ... If he's not looking for positive reinforcement, not looking for Stephen Jackson to dap him or Monta to shake his hand. Those guys are vets. They're not handing the reins of this team to this kid. If he's playing in his zone, he'll be fine. If he misses a ...

It was great to meet Monta Ellis and Stephen Jackson, two of the stars on that team ... I also got to meet Devean George and Ronny Turiaf. Some of the veteran guys are comfortable and really friendly with the medical staff.
I mean, you gotta hear it some way ... You want me to send you an e-mail, Facebook or something? I'm a grown man, I have six kids, I'm married now, so I speak my mind. I thought I had freedom of speech but obviously I don't.
I don't want to get into a position where I'm speaking for somebody else ... I haven't talked to him about that. I probably will. But I want whatever he says to come from Stephen Jackson. I don't want it to be the organization got a hold of him and told him to say this, or this is what you have to do. ....

We've taken the position that we want him to come back to camp, we want him to go to work and be Stephen Jackson
