Why did you let me sign that contract extension marrying me to Don Nelson for maybe the rest of my NBA life?
He doesn't have any tattoos. How can you be a starter in the NBA if you don't have any tattoos?
If he's not looking at the vets for anything ... If he's not looking for positive reinforcement, not looking for Stephen Jackson to dap him or Monta to shake his hand. Those guys are vets. They're not handing the reins of this team to this kid. If he's playing in his zone, he'll be fine. If he misses a ...
I took him out of the starting lineup because he doesn’t have enough tattoos…in fact he doesn’t have any tattoos. How can the guy start in the NBA with no tattoos?
Coach (Don Nelson) said the same thing to me about getting that fine (that it was ridiculous) ... But we're not going to beat a dead horse. They know they were wrong. I've got to deal with it. I can't beat the NBA so I've got to roll with it.
You can't evaluate it, because Dunleavy hasn't been able to play (this season) ... It was good short-term for us, for sure. Long term has yet to be determined. It probably will come back in favor of Indiana.
No, I don't care much for this anymore ... I've been beat up so bad by being honest with the press, I'm going to be the (Patriots coach Bill) Belichick of the NBA. I'd rather talk on the radio where people can actually hear my words than get it misconstrued somehow. It looks different in print sometimes...
Isn’t that funny? ... The most beautiful place in the world other than Maui. I just don’t get it. I guess we just haven’t been good enough for long enough. I think we can change that. I hope so.
