Another driver for price reductions would be anticipation of an end to AT&T’s exclusive iPhone relationship, likely in 2010
I could potentially see a scenario in which AT&T does reduce the pricing on the iPhone 3G S to $99 as a response to the Droid and other handset offerings from Verizon and others.
By now, the video has flown around the world, which is more than can be said of one of its stars. The bat that Spurs guard Manu Ginobili swatted from midair during Saturday's game at the AT&T Center won't be flying very far anytime soon.
I can't change to AT&T for the iPhone ... I see the Droid as competing with iPhone.
Android devices in general are pretty slick. The iPhone is still the best experience overall, but AT&T's service is horrible
And as Centennial’s broadband network in Puerto Rico is integrated with AT&T’s extensive global network and advanced service offerings, we’ll offer corporations that operate in Puerto Rico the benefits of end-to-end service over a single network.
We are honored to work with the Phoenix Coyotes again. We love the high quality of execution they put into every mobile concept for their wireless partner, AT&T. We hope to work with Phoenix Coyotes for years to come
The new Verizon (or T-Mobile or Sprint or AT&T) smartphone: Your IT department's best friend.
Droid is not going to draw anyone away from AT&T to Verizon ... It will keep people at Verizon from going to AT&T and keep some people from going to Blackberry.

which frankly is what Qwest, AT&T and Verizon did
The fact that Verizon is the carrier will give it a lot of attention from business users ... Verizon and AT&T are playing offense in this sector, while Sprint and T-Mobile are playing defense.
After all, one of US iPhone customers biggest complaints is the lack of an option from AT&T, leaving users to rely on secondary hardware or software hacks.
Verizon Wireless customers tend to love the company’s fast 3G network. But many tech-oriented Verizon loyalists gripe about the carrier’s high-end smart phones, which haven’t matched the cachet and versatility of the Apple iPhone sold by AT&T. In fact, some Verizon customers have switched to AT&T simply...

GM's change of heart reflects the car maker's increasing confidence about its outlook as well as the direction of its aggressive new chairman, Edward E. Whitacre Jr. The former AT&T Corp. chief, who was picked by the U.S. government for his post, has told GM executives to concentrate on expanding its ma...
I'm an AT&T customer, but I see nothing wrong with this map. It clearly states that it's representing 3G coverage. This is just AT&T reaching for a lawsuit as they know they will soon be losing iPhone exclusivity.
Through the use of a coverage map in [Verizon] ads, they suggest through all white or blank space, not only that AT&T doesn't offer 3G coverage but no coverage at all ... That's misleading and that's why we filed the lawsuit.
Verizon displayed a '3G' coverage map attributed to AT&T with large swaths of white or blank areas (or no coverage) to bolster its misleading message that customers with AT&T service are 'out of touch' in large parts of the United States
