Arthur and I traveled all over the world together, winning back the Davis Cup in ’68, then defending it in ’69 ... when we beat a great Romanian team, with Ile Nastase and Ion Tiriac, in Cleveland.
We want to get the message out about how Hugo Boss is dealing with the situation in Cleveland Ohio, and dealing with workers who have been here for 40 years - some of them - have raised their children, have sent them to college, and are now throwing them out on the street. We think that’s an untenable p...
There is a critical shortage of housing and basic human services for low-income seniors in Cleveland, and McGregor is committed to addressing those needs
Plus the gym was heated so it wasn’t like I was freezing. The kids got a kick out of my shirt but I figured it went well with no shoes. Cleveland didn’t have a tally for the total amount of money raised as donations were still expected to come in. We get a lot of exposure through sports and it is very i...
Continental said it checked with all 33 carriers at Heathrow that had 'suitable times for Cleveland service,' but none was willing to part with a slot.
Now is not the time for half-measures. This project will have a transformative effect for generations to come. I also look forward to the addition of a Cleveland-Mahoning Valley-Pittsburgh corridor as the next step in rail improvement.
At the same time, we will work with Amtrak to strengthen Ohio's existing service connecting Cleveland, Toledo, and Cincinnati with Chicago, Pittsburgh and the East Coast.
I don't think the division is that tough ... I was surprised last year how weak it really was. I don't think any team made a drastic improvement to run away with the division. I still think you have to pick the Twins, even though the sports people don't pick them. They'll jump on Chicago, Detroit and sa...
Cleveland is kind of a hot bed for cycling because we have this great park system that circles the city . The same type of bike that would be used in the Velodome or very similar is used in the park system. Maybe somebody comes and visits the Rock Hall and then they go watch a race at the Velodrome
The nightlife in Cleveland is so-so, which is good for a guy like me.
We played in the state championship in Cleveland (in different divisions). We played in the afternoon and they played in the evening. The guy was fabulous. He was very smooth, the most natural player in control of his mind and body and temperament I'd ever seen.
Nobody in the East is playing close to the level Cleveland is at right now ... We've got a long way to go -- and funny things can happen in a series -- but if you're talking about who's playing at the highest level, it's clearly Cleveland.

Teams like Cleveland and Boston test you at a different level than other teams do ... They understand what it takes to win in this league at a playoff level, and not many teams do. We're going to be tested tomorrow. It will be good to see how we react.
The evidence is there ... We play totally different against the more elite teams like the Lakers, Boston, Cleveland. To come out and play the way we played the last couple of nights, it's not the same team.
We've been knocking on the door, so close to these teams that are over .600, the Lakers, Boston, Cleveland
If people are going 'green,' they may look at that. It may appeal to leisure travelers who are now booking vacation packages with flights that leave out of Cleveland or Cincinnati. But unless it's high-speed, I think most people would prefer to drive. High-speed would change everything.
I travel a lot between here and Cleveland. If what they're saying is true about it being about three hours to Cleveland and a $20 fare, that sounds great.

If you're traveling (to Cleveland) on business, you have to leave at 3:30 and take the train back for another three hours.
We're disappointed we did not get selected for the Chicago-Cleveland corridor, but we have not given up on that ... The future step is to find out why we didn't rise to the top.
Knock wood! The early episodes are us just getting our feet wet. The early episodes of Family Guy were all over the place and I'd probably say the same for The Cleveland Show. We're working on episode 37 right now and I believe we've really hit our stride. You learn as you go.
We have no agenda. We're certainly not trying to do a racist show. Kevin Michael Richardson, who plays Cleveland Brown Jr, also plays the opinionated redneck neighbour who eats the dog. Kevin just happens to be African American; I happen to be white. We're trying not to get hung up on who is what colour...
