He helped the New York Giants win a Super Bowl in the 2008 season through great play from their defensive line. While Spagnuolo was with the St. Louis Rams he was beneficial in the growth of defensive end Chris Long. It is not absurd that he cannot get...
Jackson is a tough runner he should appreciate. To better execute Schottenheimer's system, they'll need to add a top left tackle (USC’s Matt Kalil?) and a true No. 1 wide receiver (Chargers free agent Vincent Jackson?). Defensively, Fisher and Williams...

Oklahoma State standout Justin Blackmon is rumored the favorite target for the Rams in this years draft. James Laurinaitis is one of the best young linebackers in the NFL, and proved it this season racking up 142 total tackles. However, there still lie...
What is even more impressive is he recorded all his sacks on a defense that played from behind the majority of the time. This made it so that pass rush situations weren't as prevalent for him as other pass rushers, but he still found a way to get to...
However, I think Umenyiora and Tuck benefited greatly from learning under Spagnuolo. Tuck and Umenyiora are still playing great football and just helped the Giants to another Super Bowl title. Spanguolo also helped with the development of Chris Long...

People are pretty disgusted to get the ball run on us like that ... Beanie got to the second level too much. He broke a tackle or two and was able to hit on really long runs. That's unacceptable.
Has Jake Long retired from the Dolphins to become a Duck? Life is about growth. People are not perfect when they're 21 years old. Not even a little bit. Our guy’s name is Kyle. Definitely Kyle. I think you see one or both of the TEs and Armstead. ...
Lloyd was on the field by himself in 2011, but simultaneously adding Blackmon and Amendola would surely produce a night and day difference on offense. Chris Long had a breakout year with 13 total sacks, making it the first double-digit sack season of...

People are pretty disgusted to get the ball run on us like that ... Beanie got to the second level too much. He broke a tackle or two and was able to hit on really long runs. That's unacceptable.
We let the offense down today ... We gave up way too many rushing yards today. We got the ball run on our (butt). We shut it down in the first game we played them. I don't know what was different today. Credit them with coming out with a good game plan and executing.
I just want to keep continuing to take steps mentally on how I approach the game and I’ve tried to do that so far ... When we have had our opportunities to rush, I feel like guys have done their job and I have been a benefactor of that as well as just making some plays. I think the left side is natural,...
This one is different ... We haven’t gotten the ball run on us like that in a little bit. It was just very disappointing, very, very disappointing because we showed we can shut that team down in the run game so it was very, very disappointing.
I’d trade all of them for some wins ... My teammates, we all did a good job of rushing at times today and we were each others’ benefactors on some rushes. I hit home on one so it is what it is.
Very, very disappointing ... We showed we could shut that team down in the running game.
It seems like this year everybody we have faced has had athletic tools as well ... Whether it’s been (Colt) McCoy or Mike Vick. I could go down the line. Not everybody but plenty of guys pose an athletic threat as well. Tarvaris is a great passer but he can also make plays with his feet so we have to wo...
It doesn't matter what your record is, there should be the exact same elan every Sunday ... To me, it's a competition. And the beautiful thing about it, it doesn't matter where you are in the standings, your pride's on the line every Sunday.
It's pretty unbelievable ... He's had some injuries and we've had some rough patches this year, but he's still got 700 yards rushing. Here he is inching towards 1,000 again, which is no easy task. He's just been a really consistent part of this franchise. It's amazing the way he runs the football. We al...
He’s physical, tough, explosive ... He’s dangerous. He’s just a great back in general. You have to worry about his breaking tackles and taking it to the house every play.
The more leads we have, the better numbers we have ... I think there's a direct correlation. Our pass rush has been better than the numbers but it's hard to stack up numbers when you're down. When the team does well, we all do well.
He’s a tough dude ... That’s one thing about Sam. He has dealt with some adversity since he’s been here. You have some issues when you are the first pick on a team. He’s handled those issues well and he’s making plays for us. He’s been hurt some but he’s gutted it out. I think that’s why his teammates r...
He gave us our money's worth today ... He called a great game.
