Luke (Martinez) was terrific ... He hit shots consistently throughout the tournament, and we need bombs like that. We have a couple guys who can score inside, but we need some threes to spread out the defense and open up the inside for our big men. We hit some early three tonight that accomplished that.

I'm happy for Luke (Martinez) ... I think it's a burden off him to have a good shooting game. I think our players are probably the happiest for him because they've seen him shoot like this in practice day after day. I like the way Luke plays. He plays with a lot of energy on both ends of the court, but ...
We wanted to force them into taking tough two, while limiting their three-point attempts, and I thought we did that ... We took a step forward in that we did a better job of taking care of the ball and making good passes. Only seven turnovers is definitely an improvement.
