I want to play [Tuesday]. I’ll try my hardest, but if not, I’ll have to sit out again. It feels good being back here [in Memphis], seeing old faces from when I was back here
Nah, I'm good ... I'm young. That's something you can't miss.
Almost every game, I jam it ... The way that I play and push off, it hurts. I'm kind of irritated. I want it to go away. But it always finds its way back.
He’s just a marvelous player to coach because he’s a sponge and such a team player
I'm kind of irritated ... I want it to go away, but it always finds its way back.
I’m only going to be here one time. For me to be hurt almost every time I come here is messed up. You know the way I am. I got that old school mentality where I don’t want to miss a game. It hurts missing games. I’ll have to see. Trainers told me to tell them how it is after I shoot.
I’m very surprised. And I’m kind of irritated. I want it to go away. But it always finds its way back
It still hurts a little bit, but I still have to go out there and play
We're still slacking ... I know I sound like Thibs, but we can always get better.
They gave us energy ... On this team, you never know who’s going to step up. Taj and John Luke work hard. The team knows what they can do.
Last season was our first time coming together and we made it that far ... This year, we're more comfortable with each other. That should help us out.
It wasn't my teammates' fault we lost last year
We're not trying to think about last year
For sure ... Last year, that was our first time coming together. And we made it that far. I think this year, with us being more comfortable with each other, knowing what we can do on the court, where guys are on the court at all times, I think it should help us out at the beginning.
I think that the people upstairs, Gar and them, they've been making the right decisions on picking people
My whole goal this year is to win a championship
I think it should be fine knowing that since the lockout the people in the league have really good mentors telling them to keep working out, people that's behind them, people with their team that's always keeping them in shape
I've really been lost without going up to the Berto
We're fine ... We still don't have a target on our back. We're still the team that nobody talks about, so that's fine with us. We're just going to keep winning games and hopefully, people will notice us.
It's unbelievable ... The rule, I guess it fits me for what I achieved at a young age.
