Charles Hugo (born February 24, 1974), also known as Chase Chad, is a Filipino-American, Grammy Award-winning producer. He is best known as one half of the music production and writing duo The Neptunes (along with Pharrell Williams) and is a member of funk/rock band N*E*R*D.
