I think it's very complimentary to this organization that they're having that opportunity and to their work ... I think any assistant coach's aspiration is to be a head coach. It speaks for what this organization has accomplished this season. Time will tell.

we have to identify that and upgrade where we can. The best pass defense in the world is a pass rush. I don't think you can ever get too good in that area if you look at the teams that are playing next weekend.
