We've played on different surfaces but Elena is always very tough
She's a tough player, and she's definitely no push‑over. She's a younger sister (of 10th seed Agnieszka Radwanska), and younger sisters always want to play really hard and really tough. I know that for a fact
I'm very happy I am in this condition, always playing two sets
If it's an important moment, I think I'm just little bit better ... That's why I'm winning in two sets.
This year it's already my second semifinal, so I think I'm doing good ... I will just keep going, working hard. Here, especially in the big tournaments, you have good matches since the third round. I was so slow. I was reaching for the ball instead of going forward and attacking her second serve --Elena...

I could have lost that match in two sets for sure
She was very consistent. She was moving well, hitting the ball. Sometimes she was like a wall
One of the reasons I played good is that I knew I was tired from last night and I had to be extra focused
For sure they play very good doubles, but then we wake up we both had to play very good otherwise it would have been the same score but for them
They were a very good team. I don’t know them very well like others, but I just saw that they beat good teams before
We used the lobs a lot of times because they were very aggressive and they were very close to the net so we tried to go over them to push them back. There were not many other choices, but it was working out
