In a way, you have to be attractive to free agents ... This offseason was kind of an example of that. We had three targets in Andre Miller, Grant Hill and Jason Kidd, and they all chose to go to organizations that are winning. We have to show we're an up-and-coming team.
He has a hell of an opportunity in front of him, so he's got to seize it ... He has an open path. There's no Allen Iverson, no Andre Miller, so it's all up to Lou.
