We still believe Bank of America offers the best value among the large cap banks, but our buy rating is clearly more of a valuation call as our estimates remain well below consensus and we see relatively high risk of a dividend cut 
Bank of America, Barclays, and a number of people on the Street had said, 'With Lehman's assets, you're going to lose money,' ... The Fed cannot lend money if the indication is that it's going to lose money.
Building branches, staffing – the overhead charge is very expensive, and unless you build a very large network like a Bank of America, it becomes hard to do that nationally
We need to see a fundamental shift in attitudes towards older people and society needs to be more open to the talents and invaluable experience older people can provide to the UK. Through our new strategic partnership with Bank of America, we can continue to build our organisation to provide practical and financial support to even more over 50s throughout the UK.
In the end, it could be a phenomenal coup for Charlotte and the banking industry here ... I think it brings a measure of confidence that Bank of America is willing to stick their neck out on a $50 billion deal.
