View Photo »Last year things went our way, we had some balls bounce for us, and we went on to win the Super Bowl ... This year it’s not bouncing our way, not getting those lucky breaks that sometimes are involved in a football game. It doesn’t mean that good things still can’t come, we just have to fight through an...
Ben Roethlisberger, the quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, gave $250,000 to the Pittsburgh police and fire departments for canine armor.
Last year, the ball bounced our way and things happened good for us and we went on to win the Super Bowl ... This year, the ball is not bouncing our way and we are not getting those lucky breaks that are sometimes involved in a football game.
Tom Brady was also shut out by the women, with Jessica Simpson's ex Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Tony Romo claiming the top slot. Gisele Bundchen's husband was buried beneath a pile of sexy QB's including Philip Rivers, Eli Manning, Ben Roethlisberger, Brett Favre and Peyton Manning, leading us to believe...
Hines will do what's best for Hines, sure. Limas [Sweed] will be ready to step up, as will Mike Wallace, whoever we decide to put in there, I know it ... We're not going to make any quick decisions on Hines because we know that he still may be out there. I don't really know what the situation is with hi...
Ben Roethlisberger has proven that if the game is just about him from start to finish, of probably the three, he has proven that he can be that type of quarterback
We've always said that we are a special group ... Nobody is going to come out pointing fingers. We had defensive players come up and apologize to me. I said there is no reason to apologize, and we win and lose as a team. We'll come out and go to work in Cleveland.
We aren't worried about [running back] Willie Parker and their tailbacks ... We're only worried about Ben Roethlisberger. He's throwing the ball real well right now.
You see a lot of guys are bummed and down, but that’s not going to change things and give us a win against the Raiders, that’s behind us ... Of course, we can be mad and upset about it, but we have to look forward and that’s to the Cleveland Browns.
The Browns have given up too many rushing yards to more non-mobile quarterbacks the past two weeks against Carson Palmer and Trent Edwards. Based on his stats, Ben Roethlisberger hasn't broken off many nice scrambles this season. Is this an effort by him to be more of a passing quarterback, or are defen...
Gino played Arena Football last year with the Green Bay Blizzard, and they've asked him to come back ... He's still deciding on that, or whether to get into college coaching. In between he's been substitute teaching.
I wouldn’t say it was a problem today ... A lot of the passes Schaub had were three steps, five steps - get it out real quick. It’s not like last week (against Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger) where he was scrambling around making plays with his feet. By the time we even started to rush, the b...
There's a quarterback who played here before me [Terry Bradshaw] who has four Super Bowls. The goal is to get one more than him
That’s NFL players 2, lying skanks 0 ... Ben Roethlisberger is innocent, and so am I.
When I get to the no-huddle, It's just, `Let's get in the shotgun and start slinging it around,' ... I think if you ask the receivers, they like it. Two guys had over 100 yards (against Cleveland). Heath (Miller) had a lot of yards. The backs are getting the ball. Everybody is getting touches, so I thin...
We had to answer the bell ... We moved the ball all night. I told (running back Rashard Mendenhall) to squeeze it up. He did a great job of running the ball, and the offensive line gave us time in the passing game and opened up holes for (Mendenhall). So you've got to give those guys a lot of credit.
