What's been the best organization the past ten years? The New England Patriots ... Who else has done well? Bill Parcells. Pioli learned from both of those people and the one voice, one control -- that's the way it's got to be.
He helps them with decisions ... They come to him with thought processes. He can give his expertise on coaches, how to manage the money that's involved. He's done all these things so he's a tremendous asset. He knows how the plan is supposed to work.
I don't really know how much longer he wants to do it ... I know Bill is a football guy and he can't get it out of his blood. He says it's a disease and he's right. I don't know that I could ever think he'd be doing something different. As long as he feels good waking up in the morning and doing what he's doing, I think that he's going to continue to do it. We need him here.
