The Obama administration has unilaterally violated the will and intent of Congress and used this money in a way that was never appropriate under the law as the TARP legislation was written
This amendment ensures our national defense remains strong and our nuclear capability remains viable. I am pleased this move will help save valuable jobs in Utah at a time when our economy needs every lift it can get.
