I feel I had a pretty good season. That definitely gave me some leeway, showed me that baseball is a sport I can play and that I love to play ... It's really encouraging. The sky's the limit now.
You don't see really anybody tackle him one-on-one. You need a group of guys around him. He gets hemmed in and then he gets out of it. He's got great quickness, good vision but great quickness to be able to avoid people. He's got some running strength too, he gets through the line ... Guys get a shot at...
We're going to see the San Francisco 49ers again
I gotta tell you, I thought Brandon Jacobs ran the ball hard last night. I thought all the Giants backs ran the ball hard ... But when you take a look at what transpired in the blocking with the offensive line, whether it was a breakdown with the guards on a play, or the tackles or the tight ends ... I ...
All I really saw was his big red hands going up over everyone ... It kind of broke their backs. I saw them coming off the field with their heads down.
It broke their backs ... They were walking around the field with their heads down. I knew they were done.
He made a difference and he gave us a big lead going into halftime and he kind of broke their backs ... Because I saw them walking off the field, had their heads down. I pretty much knew they were done.
No question (about that) ... It happens ever year. We just have to stick together and play as hard as we can play. That's just about it. All we got is each other in this room. We're going to play as hard as we can for one another and try to come out and be positive about everything and not lay down.
I think our guys got off the ball harder. I think guys got to the second level a little better, and we moved people around, which is what’s important. I think our guys did our best.
I’m from near here ... This is where I’m from.
I’m just gonna go out there and work hard and do the best I can do
We had a bunch of fans there and I’m hoping we have a bunch more there this time as well. We play for a great organization and a great city. New Orleans is a good city, but there’s no city like New York so we got to go out and represent for the biggest city in the world
I was pulling for Miami so hard. It slipped away. It happens
We've got a lot of people that's pulling for us. We've got a lot of great fans that's out there and want us to go out there and do good
We don't want to hear that
We’ve got to take care of our business on Monday night. We’ve got a lot of people that’s pulling for us ... We’ve got a lot of great fans that’s out there and want us to go out there and do good. For all of the people that have supported us from Day 1, we’ve got to go out there and do our best for them.
We don’t want to hear things like that when we’re playing at home in games we still got a chance to win ... It’s really hard. Giants fans are going to be Giants fans. They’re great when you’re up and — it’s like this everywhere else as well — but they kick you when you’re down. Right now I don’t think w...
I'm saying that we work hard and we go out there and play as hard as we can, and we already have trouble overcoming adversity
I am misunderstood by a lot of people ... But that’s just life. That’s just the way things go.
It just came down to what teams valued me at and what I was willing to take, what I was willing to go with, what was going to get me away from football ... Boston obviously gave me the amount of money I was looking for to turn away from football.
If slot was a factor in my draft, it definitely would have been a harder decision for us
You never want to lose a game in your division and losing a game at home is just gut-wrenching
It was absolutely pathetic
