In keeping with the theme of this year, we always do things the hard way ... Losing this game obviously makes it harder, but not impossible. We still believe we can go take care of things in PHX and send Smooth (Lisa Leslie) out with a ring.

They're fine. They love their bodies. They trust us ... If you look at our covers over the last year and a half, we had Candace Parker pregnant and Michael Crabtree on crutches ... They trust us a lot, athletes. They trust the way we represent them.

We hadn't beaten this team, so no matter who they put out on the floor, we wanted to go into the playoffs with a victory ... We're on the other side of the bracket, but obviously we could see them in the Western Conference finals, so it was good to end the season with a victory.
