When Wolf has been healthy, he's been good, although he's done a lot of his better work in ballparks that worked to his advantage as well. He does make some sense for Milwaukee as a flyball pitcher who'd have one of the better CFs, Carlos Gomez, behind him every day. And Milwaukee needs starting pitchin...

To give up Carlos Gomez, and four years of control with the player, it's important to get somebody that we're going to have for more than a year
Carlos Gomez is hesitant to call the trade that sent him (and others) to Minnesota for Johan Santana fair. But, as Heyman points out, the Twins beat the Mets to the playoffs.
It was the most important game of the Twins' season, and it ended with Carlos Gomez batting in the cleanup spot, Alexi Casilla batting in the DH spot, and Bobby Keppel as the Minnesota pitcher of record.
