If the Bears do not find a quarterback worth taking in the draft, a guy like Kinne, who has the same level of athleticism as Jay Cutler, could be a training camp invitee with a shot at being the third quarterback. Prior to the start of the 2011 college...
Patrick Edwards was quietly one of college football's best pass-catchers over his career, catching 291 balls for 4,500 yards and 43 TDs. Those are elite numbers for anyone, on any level. Edwards enjoyed being the go to target of gunslinger Case Keenum,...

We might not play on national primetime, spotlight television every week, but we're fun to watch ... I'd rather watch our games than a field-goal battle.
240-pound linebacker out of Texas would complement Pat Angerer in Indianapolis, and those two big linebackers would make rushing that much harder for Maurice Jones-Drew, Arian Foster and Chris Johnson. As the Indianapolis Colts showed in 2011, a team...
Just like with Hilton, the Eagles wouldn't have to sacrifice a high pick to get Broyles. He is currently projected to go in the fourth or fifth round. Edwards has been a beneficiary of the wide-open Houston offense that allowed quarterback Case Keenum...
Once Peyton Manning is cut, he is free to talk to and sign with any team, before free agency starts. The rest of the field must wait until March 13th. The Draft, starting on April 25th, has two dynamos at the top (Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin III) and...

Case Keenum is up for the Heisman so you know he's going to come out riding high. We are just going to have to come out and come back and work hard this week in practice and play hard on Saturday.
With two third round picks, the Bears would be well-advised to pull the trigger on James and add some much-needed speed to their offense. Boise State quarterback Kellen Moore didn't put up the gaudy statistics that Case Keenum did at Houston, but he...
Last year, South Florida got off to a quick start but then had their season go up in flames. Based on their schedule, it appears that the Bulls should get off to a quick 3-0 start and this game against Florida State could start another downward spiral.

I feel good about us playing with anybody in the country right now
The Cougars’ dream season comes down to a home-run hitting contest between Case Keenum and Denard Robinson ... Houston's horribly weak slate -- they faced only one opponent this year that owned a winning record last year -- could bite them. But teams with the better win percentage are 30-12 straight up ...
The way I've always looked at it, especially after my first year when coach (Art) Briles left was if your coach is showing up on different lists, that's a good thing ... That means you've got a good coach. You don't want them to show up on those other lists, the other side of it.
It's going to be a big week of practice ... They're a great team and Case Keenum is a great player. We're definitely going to be an underdog going into it. We're going to have to execute.
They did a great job of getting us off our stuff, getting us off our rhythm, our routine. They had a couple scoring drives early and that's not where we wanted to be
It makes our job a lot easier when those guys are playing like that
I think each time you step on the field, you've got to go out there and play to earn respect ... We really can't sit here and talk. That doesn't really change people's minds, what we say. What really changes people's minds is how we play.
Twelve and zero is a pretty good position to be in ... I really couldn't ask for anything else. To have Southern Miss coming to our place to play for the title, I think it's fitting. We've had some great matchups between those guys and us and this will be another good one.
Twelve-0 is pretty good. That's a pretty good position to be in ... I couldn't ask for anything else.

12-0 is pretty good. That's a pretty good position to be in ... I couldn't ask for anything else.
I think that that's what championship teams do is come through in those big moments — the championship moments ... We've got a chance to play for another championship at our place, which we couldn't ask for anything more.
but we know there is so much more ahead of us. We will enjoy everything after the season is over.
You spend a little time after each game reflecting and enjoying it

I thought those huge stops on third down and getting us the ball back early when we were just kicking field goals was huge ... No matter what we did, they just kept going out there and making stops — the goal-line stands, causing them to kick a field goal and then miss, and Phillip Steward picking that ...
The only thing that matters right now is us going to play Tulsa
We have to give it to SMU. That was the best defense that we played all year. They came out and played extremely well and really hard. They made us earn everything we got tonight. It was a rough win, but that's why you play football. It was a good game between two really good football teams.
I hope we made a pretty good case. That's the only thing we can do. We can't argue our case on different things. Our way of talking is the way we play. I hope people don't make up their minds about us before we play. I hope they watch us play and are impressed. The only way we can change people's minds ...

I couldn't have asked for a better Senior Day ... It was awesome. All the people stick around afterward that it's gotten to the point that I recognize some of them.
That’s the best defense I’ve ever seen played here
Another record is definitely awesome ... It's not a small thing and you have to give everybody credit. It's not just one person.
