The Denver Broncos need playmakers on offense and tight end is their weakest position. Adding linebacker Vontaze Burfict to a defense consisting of Von Miller, Elvis Dumervil, D.J. Williams and Champ Bailey would create quite a force to reckon with. ...
While the team could certainly use its first-round draft pick in April on a cornerback like Janoris Jenkins or Stephon Gilmore, first we must see what will happen in free agency. If Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Brandon Carr hits the free agent market,...

But if he does get a head coaching job, you know, I'll be proud of him
We think he's best as a nickel cornerback because of his speed and ability to click and close on WRs that have made their break. The Broncos could add a CB to replace Andre Goodman in the 2012 NFL Draft. Denver Broncos CB Andre' Goodman might be a...
X. Harris showed promise last season in his rookie year as the nickel back after being converted from a college safety. He might have a bigger role if the team elects to let CB Andre' Goodman go. Denver Broncos CB Andre' Goodman might be a salary cap...
Adding Brandon Carr to the secondary would immediately impact the rest of the Broncos defense immensely. Carr is a young and spectacular talent that would be a centerpiece of the Broncos defense for many years to come, similar to the young Champ...

I think that’s definitely their strong point ... They fly around to the football. They’re all very fast. It’s obvious on film. I think (Brian) Dawkins, Champ Bailey, (Elvis) Dumervil and even the rookie, Von Miller, have all been great players this season, so it’s going to be a great challenge for us.
To me, this team’s strength in terms of it’s play isn’t Tebow at all. It’s their defense and their rushing attack. Von Miller was the Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2011 and he thoroughly deserved it. Flipping the coin, veteran Champ Bailey has shown...
Again, if Manning is looking to escape a dramatic media storm, Denver is probably not an ideal destination. However, he could prove to have success on the playing field. He would have a veteran in Willis McGahee on offense and have help from a defense...
Roland "Champ" Bailey (born June 22, 1978 in Folkston, Georgia) is an American football player, starting at cornerback for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. View Photo »But if he does get a head coaching job, you know, I'll be proud of him
I think that’s definitely their strong point ... They fly around to the football. They’re all very fast. It’s obvious on film. I think (Brian) Dawkins, Champ Bailey, (Elvis) Dumervil and even the rookie, Von Miller, have all been great players this season, so it’s going to be a great challenge for us.
I don't know if there's a defense that can stop that offense the way it's playing right now
He definitely has something to grow off of ... He did some good things this year. Looking forward to seeing how he progresses in the offseason. The better he gets, the better he'll make our team.
The way we won games, the way we lost games, we win a close one against a good football team and get blown out by another good football team. We're just really inconsistent
All I know is, I'm going home early. I don't like it ... We have to find a way to be that team we can be every week, one that doesn't make mistakes, one that doesn't miss tackles. Those are the teams that get the rings. You always want to be on one of those teams.
He never throws at me. For some reason, every year I've played him, I might have gotten 3-4 balls combined. That's Brady, Brady's smart. He's a good QB.
Everybody wants to say we should pat ourselves on the back, but to heck with that. We lost
I think we all do. You can't just look at him and think he's the only one fighting for his position ... Every year we've got to prove ourselves. I know he's going to work hard at it, just like every guy in this locker room. So, I'm looking forward to seeing the kind of product we have on the field next ...
Well, it's definitely a better feeling in this locker room after the season than last year, just because we know we're headed in the right direction ... Now, we've just got to build off that. We've got a lot of work to do. Obviously, yesterday showed that we're not near to being one of the top teams in ...
I think the guy has a good shot to be a good quarterback in this league
People think we should walk around here with a smile on our face because we made the playoffs, we won a game. We came up short again ... For me personally, I don't have a lot of time here. I don't know how much longer I'll play. It's one of those things, every year you miss it and you don't win it and h...
They better be careful with that though, because he got knocked out later in the game ... He’s not a power runner; he’s more of a finesse guy.
He's been around the block a few times ... He knows how to win games. If you're not ready to punch him in the mouth he's going to eat you up all night.
What can you say? He's Tom Brady
I think what you're seeing is it takes time for defenses to come together ... Defense is so much about communication. It's about being on the same page, and it takes a while.
He’s been in funks before ... I’ve never seen him in one this long but he’s too good a player to stay in one. We’ve just got to make sure that we don’t let him get out of that this week.
You noticed him start standing out ... I definitely watch our young corners, and that's one thing I noticed about him is he fights hard. One thing about him is he came in with really good technique. There's stuff that he can make better, but for a young guy, that's impressive.
One thing about that quarterback: he's going to keep grinding, and as a defense, we've just got to keep the team in the game, because in the fourth quarter, you never know what you're going to get
You know the thing is, there are reasons that people could dislike other athletes ... Like, say for instance, a lot of people could love T.O. But there are reasons for people not to like him, and you can understand why people don't like him. But when people don't like Tim, you try to understand why, you...
Everybody looks at him from the outside ... They don't see what he has on the inside. Yeah, he might not be the greatest passer. But give him a chance at the end? I've never seen anything like it.
People are going to say what they're going to say. They're going to doubt our quarterback, doubt our defense, doubt everybody ... It doesn't matter. Whether they pat us on the back or kick us, it doesn't matter.
It's a good feeling, because I know if we're close, we've got a chance ... He's going to keep grinding.
Not since we made our run a few years back
When I saw that all-out blitz, I was like, ‘That is so stupid,’ ... They hadn’t really done that all day. Once he broke the contain, that’s a wrap.
