I was absolutely mortified reading Congressman Charlie Melancon's Nov. 6 op ed in the Shreveport Times, in which Melancon exploited a young woman's personal tragedy as a rape victim for what appears to be Melancon's own political gain. Full Article at The Shreveport Times
