I knew Ben was going to be an asset this season because he'd be able to teach our bigs ... I never imagined he could have this kind of impact on the court. This is the old Ben Wallace again, and he's making Kwame Brown, Jason Maxiell and Chris Wilcox better just by showing them what it is possible to do...
13 points per game, 7.7 rebounds per game, 1 steal per game, and .5 blocks per game over 82 games. Sounds like the stat line of a fairly solid contributor. Unfortunately, this was the stat line from Chris Wilcox in 2006-07 for the Seattle Super Sonics. Full Article at Bleacher Report

However the minutes shake out between Chris Wilcox, Kwame Brown and Ben Wallace, they won’t be as good as Rasheed Wallace. But Sheed wasn’t that great last year. He looked old and disinterested, so the drop here won’t be too steep.

Jordan's a different player in that it's like Lonny Baxter versus Chris Wilcox back seven years ago where Wilcox would do something where everybody was like, 'Wow,' ... Meanwhile, Lonny's just plodding along, making good play, good play. And that's kind of how it is now. I thought Jordan really got good...
Dave did a lot of things for us ... But we've always been fortunate to have pretty good inside players like Chris Wilcox, Lonny Baxter, Tony Massenburg and Joe Smith. If you can score inside, you're going to get better shots on the perimeter.
