They got a guy named Clinton Portis who ran for 200 yards and 140 yards in the two games last year ... It's not all Jason Campbell. When you have a running back like that, it makes it a lot easier on the quarterback.

I'd definitely have to say management [is to blame]. They have the talent. Of course, they drafted the quarterback Jason Campbell, but overall, they have a lot of talent: Santana Moss, Chris Cooley, Clinton Portis. They have talent.
