Damien Duff felt something go in his calf. There was no collision, it was just something that happened when he was running. It was a freak injury. We've no indication how long he will be out.
I think it's important to keep the continuity, especially when he's done so well ... He's done great, the lads love him, it's as tight a squad as I've ever known with Ireland.
