But the White House specifically said don't run
This was not targeted at (Dwight's Mini Mart). It just happens to be the only place selling tobacco, as best we can tell, on any higher education campus in Tennessee ... It would be my recommendation that he sell out whatever inventory he has and not buy new (tobacco) inventory.
