Did the San Diego Chargers really have a chance here? It was their disastrous special teams performance that cost them a shot at the 2010 postseason and this series of events proved why. I almost feel bad for Nate Kaeding towards the end of this clip, du
Randy Moss is attempting a comeback. The question is, will any NFL teams have enough interest to sign him? Moss remains a talent but in recent years his problems have trumped his production. In 2010, the New England Patriots grew tired of his antics and

First time in history I've seen somebody kick an 80-yard punt that was in the air ... Not just a good roll where somebody might kick a ball and roll a good 30I thought I was back pretty good I was about 50, 55 yards deep and he still boomed it over my head.
As of mid November the Chicago Bears were sitting at 7-3 and coming off of a convincing win over the San Diego Chargers. Following that game it was discovered that Jay Cutler had broken his right thumb and would miss significant time. Two weeks later Mat
Of course, there still is the question of who exactly is going to play wide receiver for the Bears next season. With Williams expected to leave, and Johnny Knox's 2012 season in doubt, their top receivers are Earl Bennett and Devin Hester. in association
That was an ugly injury... Hope the guy at least, ends up healing. Hopefully Knox makes a complete recovery but the Bears needed to look at upgrading the WR position even before his unfortunate injury. No wonder, all those jackass films He may come back

First time in history I've seen somebody kick an 80-yard punt that was in the air, not just a good roll where somebody might kick a ball 50 yards and roll a good 30
Those guys are game-changers ... There’s not many punter-kicker combinations in the league, there can’t be a better one. We really focused on Devin Hester and I know Shane was focused on him. He did a great job with it.
We knew that's what he's known for, outkicking his coverage, but we didn't think he would outkick the returners too ... I've never seen (an 80-yarder) happen before. It surprised me. Nothing I could have done about the situation.
It's like an honor that teams see us as being good like NFL players Devin Hester (of the Chicago Bears) and DeSean Jackson
They beat us on special teams ... They overpowered us. There’s no other way to put it than that.
Ray Guy was a game changer. Devin Hester is a game changer. Hester has been a big part of helping that team win because his special teams have become as much of their offense as Jay Cutler is of their offense.
It's a difficult situation but we have full confidence in the guys stepping up ... Caleb is an excellent quarterback who knows exactly what he is doing out there, and our new long snapper should be fine. He's has been in this league for a long time. Matt Forte has been making a real impact. This gives u...
The Chicago Bears are as good as they were in 2006. When they went to the Super Bowl, they used Devin Hester on special teams and great defense…now Jay Cutler is starting to give them life on offense. If they add that in, they could go all the way.

Their defense is big and its fast ... The more weapons we can get out there the better. Even with that, it could be a hard game. We want to be able to open up some lanes for our receivers. That's something we've been working on this week.
It's still real sore, it tends to hurt when I push off ... I hope it won't prevent me from playing on Sunday. I want to support my teammates any way that I can, hopefully out on the field. I'm getting a lot of rest and hopefully will be ready for the game.
I don’t know what it’s going to take for a returner to get voted in to the Hall of Fame
I don’t know what it’s going to take for a returner to get voted in to the Hall of Fame ... but I’m going to make sure that it’ll be a hard decision to pass me up. There’s a first time for everything, and I want to be the first.
Our special-teams unit wants to add to our legacy
If you get a guy — in the situation that I’m in — it would be unfair for him to not make the Hall of Fame, to go out and break every record that has to do with returns ... He should be in the Hall of Fame.
I think there's a first time for everything ... We all know that there's never been a Hall of Fame kickoff or punt returner. My situation, I'm just trying to draw attention to it. I'm trying to do things that have never been done before. The only way to do that is to keep returning kickoffs and punts. H...
When you're sick, you're just in a relaxing mode ... You're just really living life up, living it up. I wasn't stressed out or anything. I was just out there being ready.
