I actually proposed a bad contract swap that included Phillips and Francisco Cordero coming to Chicago in exchange for Bradley (who would probably do much better under Dusty Baker in small-market Cincinnati), Jake Fox, and Mike Fontenot.

He will be with us from spring training and he'll be adjusted to being back in the National League again ... I think he can be a big player for us.
