I learned to work hard through watching Eric Evans. I try to out-work him every day, but that's just impossible. I think it takes strong leadership to be a good team, and we certainly have that in these three captains. 
They've got quickness literally at every position ... I think (point guard) Eric Evans has been a key for them this year. That's a catalyst-type kid. He's been the difference in the two games against us.
