I have ridden in this invitational four times and I have won it three times - only Frankie Dettori has beaten me here. Now I just have to lose a little bit of weight, but I'm certainly looking forward to Hong Kong.

I was concentrating so hard, I was afraid to blink! Watched by DIMC Managing Director Saeed Hareb, Victory Team General Manager Gianfranco Venturelli and the jockey’s own eight year-old son Leo, Dettori and Sanchez made several high speed runs along Dubai’s golden beachfront as the world’s most famous jockey got to grips handling the 1,800 horse power Victory engines. Frankie was a natural ... Like anyone doing it for the first time, he had to get used to the positions of the turn buoys but once he had a couple of laps under his belt he had a very good feel for the boat and handled her superbly on the turns.
