Players including Wales captain Aaron Ramsey and Gareth Bale had said publicly they wanted Roberts and Verheijen to remain in their coaching roles and it now looks likely they will get their wish. Wales win four of their last five games with Speed at...
Rose has a size disadvantage for a defender, standing only 5' 8". But he has the pace and defensive aggression to make up for his, pardon the pun, "shortcomings." Rose will face a difficult test Sunday in likely facing Theo Walcott or Alex...
Yet with injury and illness affecting Redknapp's squad, the fifth-round replay will test the manager's judgement. Who to keep and who to rest? Many have made contributions to Tottenham's powerful season. The sense remains, though, that Ledley King,...

“This is a good little club and it was a good atmosphere. In the end, we’ll take the draw and see if we can finish the job. We’re at home now, so we’ve a decent chance.” Tottenham spluttered along in a new formation, with three centre halves,...
In a team of unsung heroes, the goalkeeper continues to be overlooked as one of the Premier League's most consistent. Defender Playing opposite the pacey, energetic duo of Gareth Bale and Danny Rose during Stevenage's impressive 0-0 draw at home to...
Spurs then had the ball in the back of net when Louis Saha steered in Danny Rose's cross only for the effort to be ruled out after a linesman spotted the striker's shot had clipped the offside Scott Parker before hitting the net. "I've managed lower...

View Photo »I don't think anyone expects us to win the Premier League
We have some outstanding players Gareth Bale is up there with the best. There aren't too many Bales around and there is quality throughout my team. It was a good Tottenham team back then but I feel my side would be better and that means we shouldn't fear anybody this year.
Everybody is devastated and it’s a massive loss to everyone in football. It’s a hard time. We were on the up, he changed the way we play and the whole mentality of our game
It is a tragedy, everyone still can't get their head around it
It is a tragedy, everyone still can’t get their head around it and all our condolences go out to his family and his kids. It is a hard time
It was a massive shock, I don't think anybody ever thought anything like this would happen
We were on the up, he changed the way we play and the whole mentality of our game ... We will try to carry on the best we can in his honour.
It’s obviously nice to be linked with such great clubs as that
