For instance you can't sell it to anybody who wants to sell Saab on the Chinese market because then it will compete with GM's own products, since the new Buick is more or less the same car as the new Saab.
It's been a rough couple years at the company, but I think there are more car guys in top executive positions now at GM than since I've been there, and I see expressiveness coming back to design, and the quality is there ... There are a lot of mundane, blah cars out there today.
It is Saab owner General Motors that should find a new buyer, not the government ... Now it is in the hands of GM and it is they who should find a new buyer. It feels positive that GM has not given up hope of finding a new buyer.
