From the drivers' point of view, Giancarlo [Fisichella] has been doing a good job, as expected from someone of his experience, and Adrian has reacted to this. In the races, both have shown they can compete with the group in front and, if we can qualify higher, then we stand a better chance of finishing higher. 
Giancarlo Fisichella has been troubled with gearbox problems all this weekend and lost two gears during the race despite which he was achieving quick lap times. I retired him from the race so as to avoid further damage to the internals of the gearbox which now needs to be repaired in time for the Canadian Grand Prix
Both our drivers love the circuit and have some good experience - Adrian (Sutil) was an F3 lap record holder round there and went quickest in one of the practices last year, plus Giancarlo (Fisichella) has been very quick there in the past
It wasn't helped when I made a slow start and then had to avoid the accident between Kazuki Nakajima and Giancarlo Fisichella. In the first stint, I was behind Rubens Barrichello and, even though I had better pace than the Honda, I couldn't get past. That was pretty much my story for the whole race and, with so few retirements, 13th was the best I could do.
That's why we have Giancarlo Fisichella at the moment, but we are willing to invest in finding Indian talent and nurturing him or her to the highest levels.
It was a very positive end to the test, with again good reliability. We've had a very productive week here, completing our entire programme and accumulating some useful information to prepare for the Italian Grand Prix
I could push, particularly in the afternoon and the pace over the longer runs was also good. You never know what the other teams are doing with their own programmes, but I think the race will be very close between us and Honda. I think we've made good progress here

We were not at the test in Barcelona as the logistics for us to test immediately after the flyaway Canada race were very difficult, so we elected to test at Silverstone for one day instead. Obviously we have had some reliability items on the gearbox, so we had a large programme of work aimed at this
