NEW YORK (AP) - Southbound lanes of the Henry Hudson Parkway in Manhattan have reopened following an earlier multi-vehicle accident. The lanes were reopened around 9:40 a.m. Tuesday. Fire officials say the accident involved two cars. Full Article at WCAX
