The disposals have been very fast, and the prices they've achieved haven't deviated much from pre-crisis estimates ... It won't be very long until we see A-B InBev back in the acquisition arena.
AB InBev can relax now that it has surpassed its sales targets for the year, unless it decides to use the money to fund new acquisitions
I think Anheuser-Busch InBev are coming into Mexico and that poses a threat to FEMSA ... ABI can get its hands on Modelo ... and increase the profitability of Modelo.
They used to be the No. 1 brewer in the world and then when InBev bought Anheuser-Busch they were unseated. I definitely think there's some pressure on them to regain some of that scale
