The situation I was in before I came here in Pittsburgh — we weren’t winning a lot of games. When you come here, you win ballgames and have playoff opportunities and that’s a huge factor....
Right now what we're trying to do is win two games at home and we've done that numerous, numerous times during the season ... Ultimately you want to win the next three games. ... The short-term goal is win two games at home which we're capable of and take it back to Anaheim and take our chances.
This is kind of where it starts ... I think everyone's aware of that, but once we get to Anaheim, start working out, it will kick in a little bit more. But, yeah, you work your butt off from February to this point, ultimately on a game-to-game basis now.
Even for an average pitcher, a five-run lead is pretty good ... But you’re going up against a Cy Young candidate and that’s definitely not ideal on our part.
@adrockis25 welcome!..oh and thanks for all the angels info..so Jason bay huh?
