Great to have Josh Howard back tonight
They complement each other so well ... Jason Terry is really an off guard style-wise but a point guard size-wise. Jason Kidd is big enough to defend the off guard. So they can play together very well. Jason Kidd likes to pass, and Jason Terry likes to shoot, and they're both great at it.
He'll get after you ... I like the way he plays defense. He reminds me a little of Adrian Griffin. He's solid.
Growing up, I watched (Mike) Bibby, Jason Terry, RJ (Richard Jefferson) — I watched a lot of pros come out of here ... Just the tradition that they built up here, all the banners they have. I want to be a part of that.
I told him he’s our John Paxson, our Steve Kerr ... He’s that guy that if the main guys are double-teamed, we kick it to him and we know it’s good.
They have an outstanding squad ... In Shawn Marion you're looking at somebody who's up-tempo and thrives on having a point guard who can make a player better, which is what Jason Kidd does. He's one of the premier point guards in the league. Marion's speed fits perfectly into what they want to get accom...
Kris Humphries has really impressed me ... He’s a physical force inside, but he has an outside touch. He has a high basketball IQ. He’s been a surprise.
We'll just mix up the two ... Different matchup, see how they play. And we'll let Nick go chase Jason Terry around a bit.
The other day, I tried to show off a little bit and got out on a sprint down the court ... I was looking back at him like Usain Bolt. And the next thing you know, he was passing me up. He’s just as quick as Devin Harris.
