View Photo »I think it definitely puts a perspective on where you're at ... I made a comment to DeMarcus - you think about a loss to Green Bay and two games coming up in less than 10 days, and it's just nice to see this, to be a part of it, and see smiles on their faces.
Jason Witten is an outstanding tight end ... I think they’re very similar in stature and what they’re able to do. Jason is a very good receiving tight end, just like Tony, but he is also a good blocker.
This was huge for our team ... I'm so proud of our composure. At 2-2, and taking Kansas City into overtime (in Week 5), a lot of people were wondering what's going on with this team? We just kind of stayed together and stayed true together, and worked hard and got better. To fight back and at the halfwa...
Throughout my career I’ve kind of been the second tight end type of guy ... That’s the guy who kind of does more of the blocking. Absolutely, you love it when they start mentioning your name and those opportunities ... You just have to be ready. Obviously a big deal was made because I didn't go out (on the fourth-down play) in Denver. You just have to stay ready and those opportunities will present themselves and you have to take ...
When we faced Dallas, it wasn't even about T.O. It was about Marion Barber and the running game, and Jason Witten, who, to me, is the best player on their team in the passing game.
They have that Tampa 2 scheme where they drop back and leave a lot of underneath stuff ... Tony knew I was getting to spot and he was very decisive and quick in getting the ball out nad getting easy completions there.
May i add, Stupid Jason Witten? #FMT RT Stupid Cowboys. Stupid Patrick Crayton. (via @amandarykoff)
