Thomas "Jay" Feely (born May 23, 1976 in St. Paul, Minnesota) is an American football placekicker for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He was signed by the Florida Bobcats, of the Arena Football League, as an undrafted free agent in 1999. He played college football at Michigan. Full Article
