I feel like we're improving, and I can see that we've got the potential to be better than we've been ... I think we're fresh off of - haven't gotten rid of - the feeling we had last year. ... I think all of those are positives to us, and I think we're getting a little healthier.
Miles didn't practice today, so it doesn't look as good as I had thought it was going to look from the long weekend that we had ... We should be, and are giving him all the time that we can. If he doesn't go, of course we've got business as usual with the compliment of receivers we got out there.
It doesn’t look as good as I thought it was going to look from the long weekend that we had ... But we should be and are giving him the time, all the time that we can. If he doesn’t go, of course, we’ve got business as usual with the complement of receivers that we have out there.
I made the run at Orton ... That was something we thought about a lot. If it had worked, then it would have kind of eliminated some of the questions that we had with Kitna. Still, we're where we are and I hope that the backup quarterback, the veteran quarterback issue isn't the issue that it can be.
We are just ... where we are is where we are today ... We thought Orton had experience in our system, and he did. We thought he fit pretty good.
I don't know what is significant, but certainly Felix is a big-time playmaker for us and I'm excited about having him
I think it's just too fresh and it was too impactful to have the disappointment that we had last year
We've played well enough to be in the hunt ... That was my wish, that we could play that well. It looks like we're improving and I feel like we're improving and I can see that we've got the potential to be better than we've been.
We’ve put ourselves in a position to compete ... I really like the way the team is playing. Bottom line is, our team is playing well in critical areas and we’ve got improvement in sight. We can play better in the secondary and get less penalties. I feel good about the improvement potential.
We know that these games are going to be a real challenge, because that’s the NFL today ... It’s great [being first place in the division] because when you look at this time last year, we were 3-8, so that’s a good comparison. But we’ve certainly got lots of football to play, with critical opponents.
You shouldn’t hang your hat on two weeks, at all
We certainly are keeping an eye on where Kitna can be and potentially is
It's premature to make a comment at this point.
We've got a lot of football ahead of us ... By the same token, we could use him. We've missed him.
We could sure use him ... We’ve missed him.
I have a pair of cufflinks that I gave my father when I was in my middle 20s, and then when he passed, momma gave them back to me
I do, but I don't know because I saw him yesterday and he was moving around real well
We’ve seen how good we are or can be when we have that prototype fullback in there
The bottom line is that our team is playing well in critical areas and we’ve got improvement in sight
I do, yes ... But I don't know. I saw him [Monday] and he was moving around real well. [Austin] said he could go Sunday, but we'll see how this week goes along. We don't want to push that, because we've got a lot of football ahead of us. By the same token, we could use him. We've missed him.
I like plans where we get out there and get 30-point wins
They wouldn't have anybody but him, and that's what they said
I’m telling you, this Jason Garrett ... I like the plans where we get out there and get 30-point wins. I’m going to talk to him about that. We need bigger wins .
We had a terrible (call), about as bad of an officiating call, on a hold on Elam, that would have (forced a punt), that I've seen ... In review, it is awful. ... You're going to get some of those, but you shouldn't.
