No guy in the NBA should ever wear No. 23 ... He can't get the NBA logo - much respect to Jerry West - so I think his number shouldn't be worn by any player in the NBA, just to show the tribute of what he did for this game.

LeBron announced today he is no longer going to wear number 23. He is doing this to pay homage and respect to Michael Jordan. He also said he will try to have the league petition to make it a rule that no player can wear 23 ever again. Full Article at Protect the Paint
