My sense is that there's not a lot of expansion of the film market, not a lot of cinema construction
The view of UIP is to always work with the Film Bureau, SARFT and China Film to modify a film for release in China if required
It creates a buzz for the film. I would certainly try to look at a film that is banned
What I was trying to describe was a side effect of art and art as a kind of drug that numbs your senses ... Art might become a drug for an artist. But I am not convinced that it is necessary for all artists.
